Our classes fill quickly because we keep them small, so we urge our parents not to wait until the last minute to register.

Tuition for the 12-week programs:

Level 1A Supertots, 1-hour classes. $450.
Level 1 Pee Wee, 1-hour 15-minute classes. $610
Level 2 Basic, Level 3 Olympix, Level 4 Powerball. 1-hour 45-minute classes $710.

NOTE: A one-time $15 Non-Refundable Registration Fee will be added to the above tuitions.

My child has been checked by a physician and has my permission to participate in this program. In the event of an emergency requiring medical attention and I cannot be reached, I hereby grant permission to a physician or hospital designated by the school to attend to my child. I know that participation in any activity may result in serious injuries and protective equipment does not prevent all injuries to players, and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless First Shot Basketball, Inc., lfs Youth Assn, Inc, supervisors, participants, and facilities from any claim arising out of any injury to my child whether the result of negligence or for any other cause. First Shot Basketball Inc., and LFS Youth Assn. Inc. retain the rights to any photographs or video tapes of the players taken during class to be used for publicity , advertising or training purposes. The above also pertains to me if I participate in an Adult program.

A one-time, non-refundable Registration Fee of $15* will be added to the 1-payment tuitions listed above. This Fee is already included in the 2-Payment option.

NOTE: If you choose the Payment Plan, a $10 processing fee is already included in each payment. There is no processing fee if you pay in full. Full payments and first partial payments will be charged when you register but not before January 1, 2024. Second payment will be charged March 15, 2024.

BROTHER/SISTER DISCOUNTS.
Level 1A. We will deduct $50 for each additional child.
Level 1. We will deduct $75 for each additional child.
Levels 2-4. We will deduct $100 for each additional child.
Note: Discounts will apply to the sibling in the lowest level.

FIRST SHOT GUARANTEE We know kids change their minds about what they like. So we are pleased to offer an opportunity to try us with a Free Trial Lesson. Your child must be registered in order for him/her to participate in the lesson. If, after the first class, you do not wish to continue for any reason, notify us within a week, and you will receive a full refund.

REFUND POLICY:As stated above, if you do not wish to continue after the Trial Lesson you may cancel the balance of the lessons within a week and receive a full refund. After the second class, we do not offer refunds or credits for any reason which includes if you choose to withdraw or for any classes you wish to cancel or may have missed during the season. We do have an accommodating Make-Up policy for missed classes designed so that your child will be able to attend the full number of classes you contracted for. Dates and locations are subject to change or cancellation.

OUR MAKE-UP POLICY: If your child misses a class for any reason, usually there is an opportunity to make it up at a later date. Please call or email the office to schedule a makeup class. Dates and locations are subject to change or cancellation.

SEND A FRIEND: If your child is registered for the current season, you can receive a one-time $50 reward when you recommend a new, fully-paid student. $25 for each additional sibling. Please call for more details 718-275-7974.
