Our Policies
Here’s How it Works:
We know kids change their minds about what they like. So we are pleased to offer an opportunity to try us with a Free Trial Lesson. Your child must be registered in order for him/her to participate in the lesson. If, after the first class, you do not wish to continue for any reason, notify us within a week, and you will receive a full refund.
REFUND POLICY:
As stated above, if you do not wish to continue after the Trial Lesson you may cancel the balance of the lessons within a week and receive a full refund. After the second class, we do not offer refunds or credits for any reason.
We do have an excellent Make-Up policy if your child misses one or more classes.
OUR MAKE-UP POLICY:
We have a very liberal make-up policy. In most cases, a class can be made up the following weekend or when it is convenient for you during the season. If you wish to schedule a make-up, we ask that you call our office in advance. We do not offer refunds or credits for missed classes for any reason.
SEND-A-FRIEND REWARD PROGRAM:
If your child is registered for the current season, you can receive a one-time $50 reward when you recommend a new, fully-paid student. $25 for each additional sibling. Please call for more details 718-275-7974.
