Here’s How it Works:
We know kids change their minds about what they like. So we are pleased to offer an opportunity to try us with a Free Trial Lesson. Your child must be registered in order for him/her to participate in the lesson. If, after the first class, you do not wish to continue for any reason, notify us within a week, and you will receive a full refund.
REFUND POLICY:
As stated above, if you do not wish to continue after the Trial Lesson you may cancel the balance of the lessons within a week and receive a full refund. After the second class, we do not offer refunds or credits for any reason which includes if you choose to withdraw or for any classes you wish to cancel or may have missed during the season. We do have an accommodating Make-Up policy for missed classes designed so that your child will be able to attend the full number of classes you contracted for. Dates and locations are subject to change or cancellation.
OUR MAKE-UP POLICY:
We have a very liberal make-up policy. In most cases, a class can be made up the following weekend or when it is convenient for you during the season. If you wish to schedule a make-up, we ask that you call our office in advance. We do not offer refunds or credits for missed classes for any reason.
SEND-A-FRIEND REWARD PROGRAM:
If your child is registered for the current season, you can receive a one-time $50 reward when you recommend a new, fully-paid student. $25 for each additional sibling. Please call for more details 718-275-7974.
